We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Free Standard Shipping

All orders qualify for free standard shipping. There are no additional delivery charges at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

Orders normally require 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, customs, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

A more accurate estimated delivery time will be provided during checkout or in your order confirmation. Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available.

Address Changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at syncaura1.support@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has started processing.

Delays, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us at syncaura1.support@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photographs.
